About the role

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders and employees to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, boosting employee engagement, performance and wellbeing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to employees and leaders on HR matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Stay up to date on employment legislation and deliver training to ensure compliance.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process for leadership and critical roles.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of People & Culture policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to achieve organisational objectives.

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business; Human Resources Management or relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders across the organisation for P&C initiatives, even in challenging situations.
