RSPCA Victoria is seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our People and Culture team for a 12-month fixed term full time contract. You will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our mission of ending cruelty to all animals.

About the role

Be the driving force behind our talent acquisition! As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure we hire the best people for RSPCA Victoria.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data.
  • Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote equal opportunity and diversity in all areas of recruitment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the People and Culture Team.

Who we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Recruitment Requirements

  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Valid driver’s license.
